The Colorado Therapeutic Riding Center All Abilities Horse Camp offers an opportunity for children with and without disabilities to gain riding skills and learn about horses in a fun, safe and supportive environment.
-One 1-hour riding lesson each day.
-One instructor per four campers.
-Each camper will also have one volunteer for riding portions.
-1 1/2 hours per day grooming, tacking, handling and learning about horse behavior and care.
-Spend time each day helping out with cowboy and cowgirl chores like preparing feed and cleaning stalls.
-Group games, horse-related arts, journaling and more!
-A horse show on the final day of camp to show off new skills.
