Magnum Spatz is a 2000 Purebred Dark Chestnut Sabino w/ Flaxen Mane and Tail, sired by the incomparable Magnum Psyche out of the outstanding broodmare Bella Valentine who is also the dam of the multi talented Ssaint and Saachi- both winners on the National level in BOTH halter and performance. Spatz has unmistakable type, excellent conformation, free flowing movement, and an intelligent gentle disposition. Although he has not been shown as of yet we are making plans to get him in the ring. He has been looked at by Reining Trainers and we've been told he has the conformation and temperament needed in this very exciting up and coming discipline. Spatz is an easy horse to work with and learns very quickly- a trait we are already seeing in his first foals. To top it all of Spatz also happens to have great color! He is considered a Sabino (the ONLY Pinto pattern that exists in Purebred Arabians) though he is probably more accurately described as a Splash as his markings are consistent with that definition- including a partially blue eye. At one point, body white was considered a mark of "impurity" by American breeders but European breeders have been breeding and showing them for years. We now know that it is not, as Parti colored Arabians have existed since the beginning. Spatz has done a lot to change America 's perception of the Sabino Arabian because first and foremost, he is a QUALITY Arabian. Now is the time to get in on the "ground floor" breeding for quality Arabians sure to make a "Splash" in the showring!
