Gemini is a well-bred, 8 month old Walkaloosa filly. Sire is a leopard app, dam is black walker. I have copies of both parents papers. Can be registered. I bought her with intentions of making her my next endurance/ctr prospect, but am finding I don't have the time to work consistently with her. I bought her directly from the breeder and have seen both parents. She is sweet and friendly and comes right to you in the pen. We have been working on the basics: tying, grooming, leading, picking up feet. She's had her feet trimmed already, and is de-wormed regularly with paste wormer. She takes it very well and doesn't put up a fuss. I have spent time taking her for walks in the woods, and near traffic. She is used to being stalled at night and in bad weather. She is not gaiting consistently at this time. I have been told that this sometimes happens when they are between 6 months and about 1 1/2yrs. I am not an expert on gaited horses, as she was my first one. I've had mostly arabs. Again, the only reason for sale is I don't have time to train her. A good home is a must. Breed: Walkaloosa Color: Bay Age: Yearling Height: 13 hh Gender: Mare Temperament: 3 (1=calm, 10=spirited)
